It would be an honor to plan a memorable and joy-filled wedding weekend surrounded by those you cherish most. We would be honored to assist you in curating a wedding that is a reflection of your love story. Our goal will be to exceed your expectations and create an experience that is stress-free, joyful and tailored around an unforgettable and personalized wedding experience for you and your guests!
I've laid out our package option for you:
Wedding Management: Unable to clone yourself for the big day? This package is for the couple that wants to do the heavy lifting then pass it off to a pro about 3 months out. Our team will step in and finalized the details. Couple get 14 hours on site on the wedding day to oversee the execution of their timeline and details. Don’t leave the dance floor, we will take care of it!

PRE-WEDDING
12 month general wedding planning checklist
Office hours for the couple to get questions answered as needed.
Cloud based wedding planning software to replace wedding binders
4 months from your wedding day you will be assigned your wedding planner
12 weeks from your wedding date unlimited emails
One timeline meeting to be to create your wedding day timeline
One month out to review the updated wedding day timeline
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline personalized for each vendor
Construction of wedding party timeline for you to distribute to attendants and immediate family
Includes up to two wedding day locations a third location will require a third planner at an additional cost
Manage up to 10 vendors
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
Final Walkthrough of the reception site
WEDDING DAY
Up to fourteen (14) hours on-site split with your lead coordinator and your assistant using an overlapping schedule
Executing the fully developed timeline
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting vendors with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing an emergency kit
Breakdown and return of all personal items
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
